Stainless steel plate
Our stainless steel plate has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance and surface finish. Let's talk in detail below:
Corrosion resistance: Stainless steel has the ability to resist general corrosion similar to unstable nickel-chromium alloy 304. Long-term heating in the temperature range of chromium carbide may affect alloys 321 and 347 in harsh corrosive media. Mainly used in high temperature applications, which require strong anti-sensitization properties to prevent intergranular corrosion at lower temperatures.
High temperature oxidation resistance: Stainless steels have high temperature oxidation resistance, however, the oxidation rate will be affected by inherent factors such as exposure environment and product form.
Surface finish: polish the inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe to make the surface of the steel pipe bright; that is, the mirror surface we often say. The main purpose is to prevent the fluid substance walking inside the tube from forming a wall in the tube, which is prone to contamination and clogging in the tube after a long time.
The above is a brief introduction to stainless steel plates, I believe everyone will have a certain understanding after reading. I am a professional manufacturer of stainless steel industrial pipes, stainless steel drinking water pipes, and 304 food grade stainless steel water pipes and other stainless steel pipes.
