Different high temperature resistance:

Compared with ordinary stainless steel decorative pipes, 304 food grade stainless steel water pipes are more resistant to high temperatures, it can withstand temperatures up to 800 ℃. Ordinary stainless steel decorative tubes may be damaged at this temperature.

Different corrosion resistance:

304 food grade stainless steel water pipe is the most widely used chromium-nickel alloy, so its chemical properties are relatively stable, so in terms of corrosion resistance, 304 food grade stainless steel water pipe has good corrosion resistance, and ordinary stainless steel decorative pipes will be used for a long time. There may be aging.

The production process is different:

304 food grade stainless steel water pipe, the minimum specification is DN15, the wall thickness is 0.6mm-0.8mm, and the allowable deviation is not more than ±10% of the nominal wall thickness. Welding seam quality requirements are high, flattening, expansion, bending, tensile test performance requirements are very high, test water pressure requirements greater than 2.5MPa. The general production efficiency is 1.5m/min. In the production process, online eddy current testing and sometimes water pressure testing are required. The wall thickness of ordinary stainless steel decorative pipes is unclear, the quality requirements of welds are not high, and the pressure requirements of pipes are not clear. The production speed is very fast and the production efficiency can reach 20 meters per minute.

304 food grade stainless steel water pipes are mainly used in water supply pipelines, gas pipelines, food processing and transportation pipelines, medical transportation pipelines, etc.; ordinary stainless steel decorative pipes are mainly used in industries, home decoration and other fields.
